When you first start using Virtuagym, you might have been tracking your progress for a while already. This could mean you would like to add some values from days in the past. This is definitely possible!
In the body metrics app, next to "values of today", you can see a little icon of a calendar. When you click it, you can find the day of you're looking to add the values of. Once you add the values, these days and values will be taken into account with the graphics and other statistics.
