- Having the Growth package of Virtuagym in your license, which enables the use of the Leads Module
How does the integration work?
With this integration, the leads generated by Hidden Profits will automatically show up in your lead overview in Virtuagym. The lead data that are being pushed by HPM are:
- Firstname
- Lastname
- Email
- Phone number
- Notes (appointment data)
- Lead Status
- Lead Source (created via system settings > marketing)
Besides a lead push, the lead data is being synced every hour so that all the statuses in Hidden Profits stay up to date, based on the status in Virtuagym. For example, when you convert a lead to a member in Virtuagym, Hidden Profits Marketing will also be able to update the status of this converted lead on their end, in order to keep track of the lead conversion rates.
